Is BonusFlow free?

Yes, BonusFlow is currently free to use. We may introduce premium features in the future, but core tracking functionality will remain free.

Browsing Deal Radar

The Deal Radar page shows available bonus offers. You can search with keywords or AI search, filter deals by type, bank, state, difficulty, saved status, and expiration, switch between list and grid layouts, and click on any deal to view full details, requirements, and terms.

Tracking your first bonus

Once you find a deal you're interested in, click “Track New Bonus” from the navigation bar, or track a specific offer from its deal page. Paste an offer URL, select an offer screenshot, or enter the details manually — BonusFlow will monitor your progress toward meeting bonus requirements.

My Accounts is your central hub for tracked bank, brokerage, and credit card bonuses: view the status of every tracked bonus, see upcoming deadlines and required actions, and track your total earned and pending bonus value.

Why don't you connect to my bank (Plaid)?

By design. BonusFlow does not store your bank login credentials or access your financial accounts directly — we only store the tracking information you provide, so progress on requirements is whatever you tell us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

AI ingestion

How offer parsing works

When you add a bonus you can paste an offer URL or select an offer screenshot instead of typing everything in. BonusFlow extracts the offer terms — bonus amount, requirements, and deadlines — and pre-fills the tracking form for you to review.

Screenshots are processed for the requested extraction and are not stored as images after processing.

The AI misread my offer — how do I fix it?

Every parsed offer is shown to you for review before it is saved — you can edit any field. If a saved bonus has wrong details, open the tracked account and correct the amount, requirements, or dates manually. You can also skip parsing entirely and enter details by hand.

Where does deal information come from?

Deal information is aggregated from publicly available sources and maintained by our team. Always confirm terms and conditions directly with the financial institution before opening an account.

Deadlines & alerts

What counts as a direct deposit?

It depends on the bank — employer payroll is the safe answer, while ACH transfers from other institutions may or may not qualify. Check the offer's own terms, and see our community direct-deposit data page for reports of what has worked at each bank.

How deadline reminders work

BonusFlow monitors the requirements and dates on each tracked bonus and sends notifications when bonuses post or deadlines approach, so you always know the next required action.

Managing notification preferences

Visit Settings to manage your notification preferences, along with your profile and household members.

Cards, fees & benefits

Tracking card benefits and annual fees

My Cards keeps your credit card benefits, statement credits, and annual fee dates in one place, so recurring credits don't go unused and fee posting dates don't surprise you.

When is it safe to close an account?

Many banks charge an early-closure fee or claw back a bonus if you close an account too soon — the exact window is in the offer's terms, so verify with the institution first. BonusFlow shows the dates you're tracking for each account, but the decision is yours: nothing on BonusFlow is financial advice.

Household

Managing household members

Add household members from Settings to track bonuses for more than one person. Tracked accounts belong to a member, so both players' deadlines and earnings stay organized in one place.

Taxes

Are bank bonuses taxable?

Bank account bonuses are generally treated as interest income and may be reported by the bank on a tax form. BonusFlow does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice — consult a tax professional about your own situation.

Exporting your data

You can export the data we hold about you in a portable format. See our Privacy Policy, or contact support@bonusflow.app to exercise any of your data rights.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Settings page. The app permanently deletes your account and associated tracking data after you confirm.

Can't find it? Contact us — we reply within one business day.
